Carnival is building a new destination from the ground-up on the south side of Grand Bahama Island!

​It’s perfect for adults, families with kids… everybody who is looking for the ultimate tropical paradise and a variety of experiences. What you will find there is just like Carnival’s onboard vibe that folks love. When the ship pulls up, the vacation possibilities are expanded with unique island-style fun, relaxation, and adventure spread across 65 acres and five “portals” for you to explore. Each portal features unforgettable experiences like a mile-long white sand beach, the largest freshwater lagoons in the Caribbean, local Bahamian flavors, a private beach club, excursions, and more.

1. PARADISE PLAZA
​Paradise Plaza gets you on your way to discovering what's great on Celebration Key, because who can wait to dive right in? There’s a lot to see, but before you start, you might want to grab something cool from the ice cream shop or stop for a splashy photo-op by the Bahamian-inspired fountain. Keep an ear open for live music, too, as you decide what to do first — guest services and the excursion desk are nearby to help with that! And off in the distance, it’s a Suncastle featuring waterslides and an observation deck.

2. CALYPSO LAGOON
​Calypso Lagoon is the adult-friendly portal, and it’s all about the sand, sun and fun… and there’s about as much lively action to find as there are ways to chill. You can relax on a float, try a lounger by the lagoon, go full-cabana, or hang at a bar where all the seats are actually swings. You will work up — or relax up — an appetite, because Calypso Lagoon is also home to great dining options, with two full-service restaurants serving a variety of cuisines and specializing in local Bahamian flavors. There’s also an adults-only area — call it a getaway within a getaway — that’s decked out with a swim-up bar near the DJ’s island, and an exclusive area on the neighboring beach.

​3. STARFISH LAGOON
​Starfish Lagoon, the family-friendly portal, is perfect for kids and families… and that means teens too! All-together is a great way to experience activities like the lagoon and beach, splash pad with shallow pool, plus basketball, volleyball, pickleball and more at the game pavilion. And, of course, the adults can do their own thing. (By the way: swim-up bar!) Beach villas and floating aquabanas are just a couple of options for families to make this portal their home base, and you know there's great dining for all, from food trucks to restaurants, with plenty of cuisine choices.

4. PEARL COVE BEACH CLUB
​Pearl Cove Beach Club is Celebration Key’s adults-only area, and it takes luxury to the next level. This exclusive spot features a private beach and stunning infinity pool overlooking the best views of Bahamian waters. The great choices continue with elevated dining to savor — with poolside or beachfront service. Since you’re already daydreaming — we can tell — imagine an oasis where the details are taken care of, right down to the lounge chairs perfectly placed below the palm trees.

​5. LOKONO COVE
In Lokono Cove™, guests can explore a variety of items—from authentic handcrafted treasures to locally inspired souvenirs—each with the unmistakable spirit of the Bahamas. But there's more than shopping in Lokono Cove, with swaying palm trees and vibrant shades with the sounds of Bahamian music. For those interested in the local culture and artistry, they can learn about Bahamian ceramics and discover vibrant wall murals, each meticulously painted by talented Bahamian artists.
