In exchange for a reduced rate, Princess offers "guaranteed rooms" for two guests. Guaranteed means Princess picks your room at check-in from what is left available. This often means a room in a noisy location or with an obstructed view, for example, behind a lifeboat. I do not recommend getting a guaranteed room, but it is an option if you're looking for a lower rate.

Cancellation Penalties
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Additional penalties begin after March 15, 2026, and increase as the sailing nears.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended. You will receive a travel insurance quote at booking.
Note: Rates will increase substantially as the cruise nears! We are booking so far in advance to lock in lower rates and give everyone more time to pay. Our group cruises always sell out and rates will increase as the ship fills up. Secure your space early!

You can choose to book your flights independently or let us package them with a pre-cruise hotel and Rome tour (see below). Once your cruise is confirmed, we’ll work with you to find the best option that suits your needs.

June 20 – Arrive in Rome and kick off your adventure with a group Welcome Dinner featuring authentic Italian cuisine made with fresh local ingredients.
June 21 – Enjoy a private guided tour of ancient Rome, including the Roman Forum, Palatine Hill, Colosseum, Fori Imperiali, and a scenic city center stroll with stops at the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Piazza Navona. Evening at your leisure.
June 22 – Explore Vatican City on a private group tour, including St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant’Angelo. That evening, take part in an Italian cooking class and dinner—a fun and flavorful cultural experience.
June 23 – Board a private charter bus for a comfortable transfer to the cruise port.
Exclusive Post-Cruise Pisa and Florence Tour (optional)
Extend your adventure with an unforgettable day in Tuscany! Stay one extra night after the cruise (June 30) and join our exclusive private group tour to Pisa and Florence.
On June 30, our private transportation will pick us up directly from the ship. First stop: the iconic Leaning Tower of Pisa, with admission tickets included. Next, we’ll head to Florence for a two-hour guided walking tour of the city’s most celebrated landmarks, followed by a one-hour food tasting experience showcasing local Tuscan flavors.
This incredible day concludes with transfers to a Rome airport hotel, making it easy to catch your flight home on July 1. Full details will be provided with your cruise confirmation. This private tour is exclusively available to guests booked within our Superliner Travel group.
This is tour is approximately $450 per person. The tour will be confirmed November 1st.
Travel Insurance:
After you pay your deposit, you’ll receive a travel insurance quote tailored to your cruise. The cost of insurance is based on your trip's total cost and your age. Initially, the quote will cover the cruise portion only. Once additional items like flights or pre-cruise tours are added, the policy can be adjusted to provide complete coverage for your entire trip.
Group Shore Excursions
Each port of call offers a wide variety of exciting shore excursions to choose from. While you’re welcome to select the option that best suits your interests, we’ve also curated a “recommended group excursion” in each port. These hand-picked experiences offer great value and provide the opportunity to explore alongside others from our group.
Once your cruise reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive access to our Booked Guest website, where you’ll find complete details and booking options for all available excursions.

Additional Information
- Passports are required and must be valid for at least six months after travel ends.
- Payments - Once your deposit is paid, you can make payments anytime or I can make automatic monthly payments for you. Full cruise payment is due by March 15, 2026.
- Military Bonus - Active and retired military members will receive a $100 onboard credit; up to two per room.
